All-inclusive basis including three meals daily, starting with lunch on the day of embarkation and ending with breakfast on the day of disembarkation, as well as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and fresh juices.

1. Company Responsibility
Hathor Dahabiya undertakes responsibility for:
• Providing food and beverages prepared in accordance with applicable health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of cabins, common areas, and onboard facilities.
• Operating the Dahabiya in compliance with Egyptian maritime, tourism, and health regulations.
This responsibility is strictly limited to services provided onboard the Dahabiya and does not extend to external factors beyond the company’s control.
2. Health, Medical & Dietary Disclosure
• Guests are solely responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special health requirements prior to departure.
• Hathor Dahabiya shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or medical complication arising from:
• Undisclosed medical conditions.
• Failure to follow safety instructions or crew guidance.
• The company reserves the absolute right to deny participation in activities or services where a guest’s condition may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or crew members, without entitlement to refund or compensation.
3. Weather Conditions & Natural Events
Hathor Dahabiya shall bear no liability for:
• Delays, itinerary modifications, route changes, or cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, fog, storms, or Nile water level variations.
• Any disruption resulting from natural or environmental circumstances classified as force majeure.
Such events shall not constitute grounds for refunds, compensation, or claims of any nature.
4. Governmental Regulations, Inspections & Authorities
• Hathor Dahabiya shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, route changes, or cancellations resulting from:
• Government-mandated inspections.
• Security checks.
• Decisions, restrictions, or orders imposed by Egyptian governmental or regulatory authorities.
• These circumstances do not entitle guests to any form of refund, compensation, or claim.
5. Itinerary Changes & Operational Adjustments
• Hathor Dahabiya reserves the unrestricted right to amend itineraries, schedules, docking locations, or services when deemed necessary for operational, navigational, or safety reasons.
• Substitute services or activities of comparable value may be provided at the company’s discretion.
• Such amendments shall not be considered a breach of contract and do not warrant refunds or compensation.
6. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
Guest-Initiated Cancellations
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• The following cancellation fees apply:
• More than 30 days prior to departure: Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking value.
• Less than 14 days, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the total booking value.
• No refunds shall be issued for unused services under any circumstances.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
• In exceptional cases of force majeure or operational necessity, Hathor Dahabiya reserves the right to cancel the trip.
• The company may offer, at its sole discretion:
• A rescheduled departure date, or
• A non-refundable credit voucher for future use.
• Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Force Majeure Clause
Hathor Dahabiya shall not be liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Acts of God.
• Governmental actions or restrictions.
• Epidemics or pandemics.
• River navigation closures or security situations.
8. Guest Conduct & Liability
• Guests are required to comply with all onboard rules and respect crew members, other guests, and property.
• Any damage, loss, or misconduct caused by a guest shall be fully charged to the responsible party.
• Hathor Dahabiya reserves the right to terminate the journey of any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
9. Personal Property
• Hathor Dahabiya assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings onboard or during excursions.
• Guests are advised to secure valuables at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
• Hathor Dahabiya’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the booked services.
• Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, the guest irrevocably acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by all the above Terms & Conditions.
