We spent an amazing time on Dahabiya Hathor, honestly this was such a lovely and peaceful experience. It’s very different from any cruise or boat I've been on, everything feels slower and more calm. The boat is beautiful. Very charming and luxurious. The rooms were exclusive and perfectly prepared for us, and we spent amazing time there and also on the deck just watching the Nile go by, which was honestly the best part. The staff were kind and always around if we needed anything, without being too much. You can tell they care about making the trip easy for everyone. The food was delicious, fresh and grate variety that everyone could enjoy. For us, especially with family and just wanting a break, it was perfect. Overall, a really calm and beautiful way to see the best of the Nile river. I’d definitely recommend this cruise if you want something unique, luxurious, relaxing and not overcrowded.

An unforgettable luxury Nile cruise! The ship was absolutely beautiful, with elegant, spacious suites, comfortable beds, and stunning views of the river. Everything felt refined, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with a great selection of both local and international dishes. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout the entire journey. Sailing along the Nile in such comfort was a truly special experience. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, excellent cuisine, and a memorable way to discover Egypt!

We spent 3 days and 4 nights on the Dahabiya Hathor, traveling from Aswan to Luxor, and overall it was a truly unforgettable experience. The ship itself is beautiful — very modern and brand new. Since this was only the third trip the Dahabiya had ever done, there are still a few things that need improvement and fine-tuning. However, the entire crew was incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Mario, the bar chef, Achmed, our tour guide, Achmed Mohamed (housekeeping), Hossam the manager, and Adam. Everyone was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. We were actually the only guests on board during the cruise, which made the experience feel even more unique and personal. The crew adjusted the itinerary according to our wishes and needs, which we appreciated greatly. One of the absolute highlights was a spontaneous stop at the Nile riverbank so we could swim in the Nile. The crew set up beach chairs for us right by the water and even brought us drinks while we were swimming. It was such a special and unforgettable moment that we will always remember. The food on board was also excellent — delicious and very generous in portion size, although for us it was almost too much food at times. But perhaps that is simply part of the local hospitality and culture. As the ship is still very new, there are a few technical aspects that could be improved, such as the hot water system, water filtration, jacuzzi water quality, and the AC. We mentioned these points several times, and the crew was always responsive and eager to help. We are sure these are normal adjustments for a brand-new ship and that everything will improve with more experience and time. Overall, we would like to sincerely thank the entire crew for this wonderful and unforgettable journey on the Dahabiya Hathor.

  4. Our experience on the Hathor Dahabiya was truly exceptional and one we will always remember. From the moment we stepped on board, we felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The dahabiya itself was stunning, combining elegance, comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere that made the journey along the Nile even more special. Every destination we visited was beautiful, and each stop offered unforgettable views and unique experiences. The onboard service was outstanding. The entire team was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The food exceeded our expectations as well, with delicious meals, excellent quality, and a great selection every day. A heartfelt thank you to our guide, whose kindness, availability, and professionalism added so much to this trip. He made sure everything ran smoothly and helped create wonderful memories throughout the journey. We would highly recommend the Hathor Dahabiya to anyone looking for a luxurious, intimate, and unforgettable way to explore the beauty of the Nile.

  5. We were on a Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan from March 7th to 11th, 2026, with a family of 7. It was the boat's first trip, and despite a few minor hiccups, everything went excellently. We would like to express our gratitude to the crew for a wonderfully organized cruise. The staff was very welcoming, and the manager was available 24/7. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. The food was high quality, the boat was new and spotlessly clean — overall, the service was excellent. The excursions were great and very interesting. A special thank you to Captain Ahmed. Overall, we highly recommend it for a family vacation; everyone was absolutely delighted.
